The Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon is the perfect event for first time runners and veterans alike. Perfect weather, a beautiful course, and phenomenal organization made for an incredible experience. Not only was I able to finish, but also I beat my goal by more than 10 minutes. I am recommending this race to all of my friends, not just those in Oregon but also in Arizona where I currently reside. Thank you Destination Races for making this runners first half marathon an experience I will cherish and never forget!
- Ben E.

It was all I expected and more. We love wine and running, and it couldn’t be a better combination and it was beautiful.
- Heidi S.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! This was my first Oregon Wine Country Half but it won't be my last. Exceptionally well organized event, beautiful course, fun finishers medal, wine tasting, fabulous community support - this was one of my most memorable runs!

This could be the most beautiful course in the West. It was very, very beautiful.

I just LOVE this race! I was sooo awestruck the first year that I didn't even notice the rolling hills... this year I did notice the rolling hills!! I still loved the beautiful course...hills and all! I have sold this race to many of my friends and anyone within earshot!! Thanks for another great race.

Excellent organization and care for the runners. The things that matter most, aid on the course, efficient timing, awesome shirts, medals and great awards ceremony.
- Donna P.

I had a fabulous time! One of the best races I have done. I came home and got my husband excited to plan to do the race with me next year. Well-organized race, everyone was so pleasant and friendly!
- Doreen I.

Excellent experience, the most organized Half Marathon I've ran. Oregon is a great running state and it showed with the organization being flawless.
- Richelle M.

My sister and brother-in-law flew out from Chicago to run this race as their very first half-Marathon. They loved it! There was excitement beforehand, determination during and jubilation and tears after. Thanks, Destination Races!

Another bang-up production. If a half marathon is produced by Destination Races, it definitely is worth attending.
- Gordon G.

Oregon was my second Destination Race event, and I love them -- they are well run events in spectacular locations! How can you beat wine tents at the end of a race?
- Greg K.

The course was the best of over 45 marathons and half marathons I have run, including half marathon races in 23 other states!
- Hilary F.

A great race with enough room to run my own pace, enjoy the miles of rolling hills, and a terrific celebration with friends new and old at the finish.
- Jason V.

It was a great course, friendly people, and great wines at the finish! Thank you!
- Gail

I travelled across the country with my sisters for this event and it was definitely worth the trip! The scenery was amazing and the festival at the finish line was fabulous! What a great way to spend a girl's weekend!

What a gorgeous course and the best after race party my husband and I have ever been to! All of the volunteers were eager to cheer on the runners and really made us feel at ease. What a great run and I will recommend to all of my running friends that this is a MUST do event!

This run was perfect. The scenery and the level of difficulty was exactly what I was looking for. The views were beautiful and knowing there was a great glass of wine waiting for me at the end made it that much better!

A super well-organized event. The local Oregon folks were great hosts - the best I've seen. Definitely plan to come back next year!
- Bob F.

This was my first real race, and I've been told that they're not all this wonderful... I'd hate to think that's true!
- Sarah C.

It was a nice course in beautiful wine country with a fantastic wine and music after-party. A great run followed by exquisite wines.....now that's a good day!
- Sheila D.

I really enjoyed the intimacy of the event. Too many races have become so large that you're left frustrated by having to fight through the crowds pre and post race. It was really nice to be able to relax after and really partake in the wine, music and the great company. We traveled from Washington Dc to this race and we consider it great destination.
- Tanya M.

I have run 3 of the 5 Wine Country half marathons by Destination Races (some multiple times) and have loved them all! I am already planning another vacation next year to make it 4 out of 5. Well-organized races, friendly people, beautiful courses and surroundings, always with amazing wines close by. Even non-runners are happy to tag along!
- Todd R.

I've run the race both years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a local race for me and it's been such fun to see our beautiful countryside through the eyes of those who have traveled from many destinations, far and wide!
