How do I register a team?

See Team Registration information on the Registration page. Note the team category requires each person to run the half marathon and is different than the 2-person relay category.

What if I, or my relay partner can't run the race?

When can I pick up my packet?

The Race Expo is held prior to the event and is the recommended time and place to collect your packet; see Packet Pickup & Expo page for details.

Can someone pick up my packet for me?

Yes, you may authorize a friend, teammate or family member to retrieve your packet for you. They must bring either a copy of your email confirmation or a copy of your driver's license to the packet pickup area. Be sure to have them look up your bib number first upon arrival as bibs are distributed by number, not alphabetically.

If I cannot run what options do I have?

Refunds are NOT allowed, but you may transfer your registration to another runner or request a partial credit to a future race; see Transfer and Credit Policy for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, and cash

Is there a waiting list if the event is sold out?

When an event sells out at least 60 days early there is usually a Second Chance Wait List opportunity. You need to sign up and pay a nominal fee for this option. The earlier you sign up the better the chance of landing one of the final entry spots which are chosen randomly by computer (weighted by sign up date). Your email address and name must be on this list to be selected. Typically around 100 spots are released at least 60 days prior to the event.

Spots may also be available through our charity partners, which requires fundraising a minimum amount for that charity to receive an entry and other benefits. See Charities and Volunteers for more information.
